Here I Am – SATB, divisi – Choral Score

Ariel Quintana is a name that is gathering much attention. Director of Music at Hollywood Presbyterian he recently was named assistant conductor to the Los Angeles Master Chorale, this while completing his doctorate (USC). His compositions have been performed by some of the world’s most renowned ensembles and Pavane is proud to release his setting of Isaiah 58:6-9. Beginning in a mysterious recitative style, the music soon explodes into an array of tonal light. The ending is quiet and beautifully assuring.
